Interested in reserving a unit?  Your reservation fee is then deducted from your first full month's rent amount. 

  • You will be charged a small reservation rate upon reserving a unit.   
  • Your reservation amount will be saved to your account and then applied to your first full month's billing once units become available. 
  • Your initial billing for your unit will not occur until your unit is available to move-in.  Expected by May and June of 2025.  You will be notified before your unit becomes available.
